Training is one thing that sets Dorado Graphix apart.
When you purchase equipment from Dorado Graphix, we provide training to make sure you are able to correctly operate your new equipment and get the most out of your investment. If your machine will be set up within our geographical area, our on-site installation packages include a thorough initial training session that covers maintenance, operational techniques and related software. If the installation is outside of our geographical area, we will provide support by phone or Skype and can walk you through the installation and basic training remotely. This is a service that we provide at no additional charge with most equipment purchases.
We also understand that there is only so much you can absorb in one training session, so as the weeks go by there may be some confusion about what capabilities the equipment has. We will tailor your training based on your needs. Depending on the complexity of the equipment purchased, it may make more sense to break up the training into modules or multiple visits so you can master certain functions before moving onto the next. We're ready to do whatever it takes to make your launch successful, and ensure that you're completely comfortable with your machine. Along with many packages we include one or more revisit certificates which entitle you to additional training time within 36 months of the initial purchase. These can be used as a refresher, as training when a new person comes on board, or when your business needs to expand into new functionality.
Training certificates can also be purchased separately if more training is required, or for training on equipment not purchsed through Dorado. For such third-party equipment, please contact us before purchasing the training to make sure we have a trainer available who is well versed in the equipment and processes in question.
